2. Booking & conclusion of contract
A reservation is considered binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing or electronically.
By booking you accept our terms and conditions as well as the house rules of Schloss Luberegg 1787 – Eventresort Wachau.
3. Prices & Payment Terms
– All prices are in euros and include all statutory taxes.
– Price changes and errors excepted.
– Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made on site in cash, by card or in advance by bank transfer.
4. Cancellation conditions

5. Vouchers

If necessary, the voucher value can still be credited afterwards.
– Cash redemption is excluded.

The person responsible for damage caused by guests, participants or third parties is liable.
Schloss Luberegg 1787 – Eventresort Wachau assumes no liability for items brought along or for clothing.

By entering the resort, guests acknowledge our house rules.
This is based on careful, respectful and safe interaction with one another and with the house.

The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of Melk.
