– Room bookings
– gastronomic services
– Voucher purchases

2. Booking & conclusion of contract

A reservation is considered binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing or electronically.
By booking you accept our terms and conditions as well as the house rules of Schloss Luberegg 1787 – Eventresort Wachau.

3. Prices & Payment Terms

– All prices are in euros and include all statutory taxes.
– Price changes and errors excepted.
– Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be made on site in cash, by card or in advance by bank transfer.

4. Cancellation conditions

The cancellation conditions depend on the booked offer (e.g. events, rooms, arrangements).

For group bookings or exclusive events, individual cancellation policies apply, which will be agreed separately.

5. Vouchers

– Vouchers are legally valid for 30 years from the date of issue.
– Theme or service vouchers (e.g. for specific arrangements or events) are generally valid for three years –
If necessary, the voucher value can still be credited afterwards.
– Cash redemption is excluded.
– An extension is possible after individual agreement.

The person responsible for damage caused by guests, participants or third parties is liable.
Schloss Luberegg 1787 – Eventresort Wachau assumes no liability for items brought along or for clothing.

7. House Rules

By entering the resort, guests acknowledge our house rules.
This is based on careful, respectful and safe interaction with one another and with the house.

8. jurisdiction

Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of Melk.
